WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be an integral part of NIKE EMEA Merchandising, a function that translates consumer insights, product strategy, and sport culture into assortments that move athletes and the marketplace forward. This team is fast, curious, and highly collaborative—connecting Global and EMEA leadership, cross‑functional partners, and external stakeholders to deliver impact at scale.

You will report directly to Senior Director, Running Merchandising, acting as a trusted partner to their Leadership Team. In total, you’ll be supporting 4 Sr. Directors who are part of the EMEA Merchandising Leadership Team; collaborating daily with Merchandising, Brand, Planning, Finance, Operations, and Global counterparts, while also working closely with other Senior Administrative Assistants across the business. You do not manage people directly, but you influence outcomes through strong relationships, judgment, and operational leadership.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed organizationAdvanced calendar, travel, and expense management across multiple time zonesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, distil, and follow throughHigh comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and sensitive situationsStrong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger pictureExperience coordinating leadership meetings, offsites, global visits, and large-scale eventsConfidence handling confidential information with integrity and discretionFluency with business tools, systems, and collaboration platforms; quick to adapt to new ways of working

Day-to-Day Impact

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as an Assistant in an international environmentFluent in English (written and verbal), Dutch is an advantageExcellent MS Office skillsFulltime – 40 hoursMust be able to work flexible hoursMust be able to travel for offsites and meetings
