Senior Administrative Assistant, Compliance

Summary:

As the Senior Administrative Assistant supporting Compliance, you will be a functional resource for the Compliance team, creating efficiencies and helping optimize team functioning. 

What You Will Do:

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence (letters, reports, mail, and phone calls) for supported attorneys and teams.Schedule and support team meetings by preparing agendas, keeping minutes, tracking compliance with action items, and aligning calendars across departments.Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), including air, ground transportation, accommodations, and emergency travel support.Maintain and update internal communication platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and distribute communications to supported teams and staff.Organize developmental and performance review activities, coordinate with external advisors, and ensure timely scheduling of related meetings.Prepare training and meeting materials, including printing, collating, and shipping; book venues, arrange refreshments, and manage attendee and presenter logistics.Support budget preparation and cost reporting, coordinate purchase of office materials, and seek cost-effective vendor options.Ensure presentations and reports comply with brand guidelines, process bar dues payments, and perform additional tasks as assigned by attorneys.

What You Need:

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent5+ years’ experience in an administrative position (preferred in a corporate environment)Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.Experience with expense reporting and invoice creation

Preferred:

Associate or Bachelor Degree

$38.31/hr. – $53.86/hr., plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
