Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Handle cash deposits, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Provide frontline customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
- Support daily operations and assist in administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
- Bi-weekly Saturday shift is required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles
- High school diploma or above; post-secondary education preferred
- Prior experience in banking, retail, or financial services is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); proficiency in English and Cantonese is a plus
- Solid experience in cash handling and cashier operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS terminals
