Job Description:
Responsibilities
Support daily policy service changes to meet the SLA
Maintain and uplift service level achievement by processing policy changes within the required turnaround time set up from time to time
Lead and coach the non-financial team to maintain service quality with resources planning and job assignment
Handle inquiries from related stakeholders, including CS and distributions, to resolve the problems
Participate in project / enhancement initiatives with recommendation and ideas for inputs
Provide quality service with client-centric attitude
Support departmental changes for operation efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
At least 5 years of solid life insurance policy experience in policy administration and client services
University graduate with LOMA, FLMI is preferred
Good team player to coach subordinates with positive mindset for challenges
Hand-on experience in MS Office and Chinese typing
Good communication skills in written and spoken languages, Mandarin is preferred
