We’re looking for a hybrid Senior Administrative Assistant in the real estate and recycling industry.

Our client, located in Sherwood Park, Alberta, is a dynamic business with interests in real estate, accounting, and recycling. This is a newly developed role supporting two business owners, the CEO and a VP, and offers a fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator ready to take the next step in their career as an Executive Assistant.

The Senior Administrative Assistant is a newly designed position that will provide high-level administrative support, from managing schedules and communications to coordinating travel and handling evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent fit for someone who is organized, approachable, tech-savvy, and excited to grow with the role.

Senior Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Manage email inboxes and respond on behalf of executives Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling for two business owners Prepare, edit, and organize documents and reports Provide support for both real estate and recycling business operations Handle data entry, QuickBooks tasks, and social media accounts Assist with property showings and related administrative duties when required Run errands, manage mail, and oversee check handling as needed Anticipate executive needs and adapt as the role evolves The successful candidate has: Proven experience as a Senior Administrator or Executive Assistant Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, FaceTime, QuickBooks, and social media platforms Experience in real estate is preferred  Excellent communication and multitasking skills High level of organization, professionalism, and teamwork Ability to work in a small office environment and take feedback constructively Fast learner, adaptable, and open-minded to evolving responsibilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Compensation and Benefits: Hourly pay: $25–$32 per hour, based on experience Generous holiday entitlement Comprehensive health benefits package Hybrid role with flexibility for in-office and remote work Opportunity for professional growth in a newly created position Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
