Senior Admin Assistant — St. Francis Medical Center

Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **JOB SUMMARY** Under minimal supervision, provides secretarial, clerical and administrative support services for the assigned executives, including the Market Chief Operating Officer and Market Chief Financial Officer. Duties include drafting and preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and conducting special projects as assigned. Executive Assistant works closely with executive and is proactive and anticipatory when prioritizing tasks and responding to issues. Trouble shoots issues/problems regularly on behalf of the executives. **Employment Qualifications** + **Required Minimum Education:** 2 Year/ Associates Degree + **Preferred Education:** 4 year/ Bachelors Degree + **Minimum Years and Type of Experience:** 10+ years administrative support experience preferred + Advanced level of clerical skills and personal computer skills. + Expertise with key software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Lotus Notes). + High level of confidentiality. + Must be able to assume responsibility without direct supervision. + Excellent organizational and coordinator skills. + Ability to remain flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent typing and proofreading skills. + Shorthand or speed writing. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
