Senior Actuarial Analyst, PI Performance Tracking

What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain monthly reporting to support in-depth analyses and deliver actionable, data-driven insights

Create and execute new analyses based on rigorous actuarial methodologies

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Collaborate with Street Pricing and Data Science to determine shared assumptions and improve Technical Pricing models

Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Train and coach junior staff on the fundamentals and technical aspects as well as best practices around process management

Be actively involved in the actuarial community at Aviva

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Math or Statistics or other related subjects

Minimum of 5 CAS exams

Minimum 3 years of P&C work experience

Strong proficiency in Excel, including VBA, as well as Python and SAS, is required

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience building dashboards in Qlik Sense

Demonstrated experience in designing databases, developing dashboards, and transforming data is essential

Actuarial curiosity to learn and explore new solutions

Strong mathematical and statistical background

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
