Enhance, maintain and provide technical support for the business team supporting Customer monitoring for Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). Role will include migration from current on-prem application to a vendor hosted SaaS implementation. Provide system administrator duties including application monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in CDD/EDD2+ years’ experience in both on-prem and SaaS verions of the Actimize CDD-x vendor software.2+ years’ experience IICS ETL experience2+ years’ experience SQL and Data Warehousing fundamentalsTroubleshoots and resolves technical issues using best practices to support live applicationsPrioritizes compliance, security, and scalability of data systemsExecutes strategies to restore services promptly and address disruptionsAddresses QA challenges by applying best practices in testing and complianceValidates requirements and constraints to support effective development and operationsMonitors and addresses security policy violations using best practicesResolves software design challenges using predictive and adaptive methodsApplies best practices to build, test, and validate software components while resolving issuesConsolidates software changes into secure, stable releases using best practicesEnsures systems align with cloud architectures using modern design methodologies
