Senior Accounts Receivable Management Support Analyst
Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Senior Accounts Receivable Management Support Analyst to join our esteemed team. This role involves overseeing and managing the accounts receivable process, identifying and resolving issues, analyzing data to improve processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities + Overseeing and managing all aspects of the cash batch set up process and balancing with the company's treasury department. + Preparing and disseminating the Daily Bank Report to Business Centers. + Downloading, processing, and uploading Waystar Remit Files into the accounting software. + Transferring coding from Business Centers to the Master Bank Report and preparing it for automation. + Setting up and balancing cash batches manually and through automation. + Researching and resolving cash outages, ensuring all deposits are set up for the month-end. + Preparing and maintaining detailed reconciliation reports. + Performing daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. + Managing cash-related inquiries and providing timely resolutions. + Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and other issues. + Provide excellent customer service to internal business partners. + Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization. + Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance. + Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. + Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications + 5 plus years of reconciliation + Detail-oriented and meticulous. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. + Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. + Travel up to 25% About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
