Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with expertise in month-end close processes, including posting to the general ledger, preparing aging reports, and performing reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 2012 and advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Process accruals on a monthly basis.Reconcile aged invoices and purchase orders, working with the supervisor to write off items as needed.Handle pre-paid and discount vendor transactions.Execute the 3-way match process through EDI, performing manual processing if EDI fails.Process approximately 300 invoices weekly.Conduct month-end close activities, including journal entries, postings to the general ledger, and preparation of aging reports.Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis.Support the supervisor and serve as a backup in the inventory versus expense side.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
