Job Description A financial services company is seeking a remote Senior Accounting & Business Transformation Manager to lead the financial integration of a recent reinsurance acquisition and drive transformative process improvements across the finance organization. This is a high level IC role responsible for the management of this technical transformation as well as organizational process improvements going forward. You will design scalable solutions, champion process optimization, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and other teams to resolve complex data challenges. Skills and Requirements • 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance including experience with technical accounting transformations.  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.  • Strong experience in ERP financial systems (Workday, SAP, etc.), including data flows from source systems to the general ledger (GL).  • Advanced excel experience. Experience in change management, with proven ability to implement new processes and gain stakeholder buy-in. • STAT accounting experience.  • Experience with data query tools including SQL and PowerBI Workday/SAP experience specifically.
