What You Can Expect
Candidate will be responsible for royalties accounting and payments. This role involves a significant amount of cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as Business Development, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable as well as third party developers and surgeons.
How You'll Create Impact Work closely with the legal department, finance business partners, and project management teams on all royalty related matters.Coordinate the monthly process to gather sales and deductions information required for royalty calculations.Estimate and post monthly royalty accrual.Manage the quarterly payment of royalties and coordinate the sending of quarterly royalty statements to the developers.Work with auditors and Legal department on all royalty audits.Update the royalty system for any new commercialized projects, including setting up new royalty contracts.Partner with developers and Accounts Payable for changes in payment method, changes in addresses, statement requests, payment questions, etc.Maintain the royalty system for any required updates for developers, contract expirations, etc.Engage with M&A/integration team on new acquisitions to understand and transition all royalty contracts and activity.

Expected Compensation Range: $80,727 to $100k plus bonus
