Aggreko IPP Solutions (AIPPS) develops, owns, and operates clean energy infrastructure in North America, focusing on solar and battery storage projects at community, commercial, and small utility scales. We develop, acquire, and co-develop projects at all stages and are committed to long-term partnerships. Currently, AIPPS has over 2 GW of projects in development across 15 states and more than 125 MW in operation. We are hiring a Senior Accounting Analyst in Austin, Tx to join our solar and battery storage accounting team.

Responsible for day-to-day transaction recording and month-end financial preparation for a multi-entity companyPrepares consolidated financial statements for multiple project and partnership entities; multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience preferredManages intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliationsPerforms month-end close processes including AP/AR reconciliations, bank reconciliations, revenue accruals, adjusting entries, project debt and tax equity accounting, job cost reconciliations, equity roll-forward, and supporting schedulesPrepares financials for special purpose entities such as developer, construction, operating, tax equity, and sale/leaseback entitiesProvides audit support and assists in reviewing and documenting existing accounting processesSupports project financing activities including financial schedules, cost-to-date tracking, and funding documentationPrepares and reviews monthly sales and use tax filings across multiple states; assists with annual corporate tax filings (experience preferred)Coaches and reviews work of junior accounting staff and undertakes ad hoc assignments and special projects as neededWe are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in energy, construction, or real estate development sectorsExperience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany accountingProficiency with accounting systems, Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems; Sage Intacct experience is a plus; intermediate Excel skills preferred (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)Strong verbal and written communication skills, including operational procedure documentation; high attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a flat, collaborative organization, multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and maintain confidentiality with discretionFind out more and apply now.
