... We are seeking a finance leader to take the reins of accounting operations. We need a proactive problem-solver who can ensure financial accuracy, streamline processes, and play a crucial role in continued growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead the charge on all accounting operations, from managing the general ledger to preparing critical monthly and annual financial statements.
Be the expert who ensures we're compliant with GAAP, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations.
Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements across our financial systems.
Collaborate directly with practice leadership, providing key insights that shape our business decisions.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
A communicator who can effectively collaborate with teams across the organization.
Experience using Sage is preferred
NetSuite and QuickBooks experience a plus
Implementation experience is a plus

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
An experienced accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience, ideally in a multi-entity or healthcare environment.
A master of details who can oversee accounts payable, payroll, and all other financial functions with precision.
Someone with knowledge of payroll tax filings (940, 941, RT6, W-2s) and 401(k) processes.
