Responsibilities: * Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns * Manage new client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships * Research and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations * Assist in tax planning and provide proactive recommendations to clients * Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentorship where needed * Communicate directly with clients, government agencies, and internal teams regarding tax matters
