What We’re Looking For + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred). + Experience: 7+ years in accounting, audit, or internal controls. + Expertise: Strong GAAP knowledge with hands-on experience in reconciliations. + Industry Background: Financial institution experience preferred; public accounting a plus. + Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with tools like Jira or Snowflake. + Core Competencies: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
