Senior Accountant Financial Reporting

**Position Summary:**
Our Financial Reporting team is searching for a senior accountant! This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where we enable fast learning and foster growth.
The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial reporting, accounting, and analysis for various financial statements and management reporting. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your technical accounting expertise, expand your analytical capabilities, and grow toward future leadership responsibilities. You'll report to the Manager of Financial Reporting and work closely with team members, cross-functional partners, and external auditors while enhancing skills in financial reporting, accounting research, data analytics, and process improvement.
We're looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least 3 years of accounting experience (or two years in public accounting), and solid GAAP knowledge. We are equally interested in CPAs and other talented accountants who will work toward CPA licensure.
This is a hybrid position (one remote day per week) based in our corporate offices in Green Hills, PA (7 miles south of Reading), conveniently located off Interstate 176.
**Major Responsibilities Include:**
**Accounting & Reporting:**
+ Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
+ Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting analytics
+ Prepare management reporting packages and board presentation materials
+ Collaborate with international finance teams to consolidate financial results
+ Apply GAAP to business transactions and research technical accounting topics
+ Participate in risk assessments and internal control documentation
**Process Improvement & Analytics:**
+ Learn and apply data analytics tools to enhance reporting efficiency and insights
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
+ Prepare metrics and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
+ At least 3 years of accounting experience (or two years in public accounting), and solid GAAP knowledge. We are equally interested in CPAs and other talented accountants who will work toward CPA licensure.
+ Interest in developing data analytics and technical accounting skills
+ An analytical mind with attention to detail and accuracy
+ Proficiency and growth in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Regular, predictable, and full attendance is an essential function of the job.
