Job Description:
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Sr. Accountant to support multiple operational sites. This role is a key financial leader responsible for FP&A, cost accounting, P&L oversight, and ensuring accurate financial reporting with strong internal controls. The Sr. Accountant partners closely with plant leadership, sales, and operations to drive performance and provide strategic financial insights. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.
Oversee financial policies, internal controls, and asset protectionPrepare and review financial statements for assigned business unitsLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisSupport product margin analysis and operational metricsPartner with leadership teams to guide financial decisionsContribute to M&A activities and due diligenceDrive process improvements and develop performance metricsSkills & Qualifications:
5+ years accounting/finance experienceBachelor’s in Accounting or FinanceStrong FP&A, cost accounting, and P&L skillsFinancial reporting + budgeting/forecasting experienceStrong communication and leadership abilityExperience Level
