Job Description: Senior Accountant Rancho Community Church & School Title: Senior Accountant Supervisor: COO/CEO Classification: Exempt - (5 days a week in office) Description: The Controller/Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing all daily accounting operations and financial reporting for Rancho Community Church & School. Provides day-to-day operational support under the direction of the COO and collaborates directly with the CEO on special projects, economic strategy, banking activities, and annual budget planning. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records in accordance with GAAP, nonprofit regulations, and internal policies. Reporting directly to the COO, this position provides financial leadership, strategic insight, and operational oversight while supervising accounting staff and supporting the organization’s mission.
