Job duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares reports of key operational metrics on a timely basis for tracking performance to forecast and budgetAnalyzes operational performance in comparison to profit plan and prepares related reports for use by operational personnelPrepares, analyze and reviews product margins, including DVP AnalysisPrepares month-end general ledger entries. Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the financial data in the Trial BalanceResponsible for month end processing of ERP system including running all ME reports, closing the current month and opening the new monthMonitors daily ERP interface to Oracle General Ledger and Accounts receivable and trouble-shoots any problemsCalculate and validate CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects) SavingsManage Fixed Asset from RFA, project accounting, asset tag management, disposition, and preparation of Capital Status Report.Prepare monthly account reconciliationsConducts monthly internal audits (ASATS) in accordance with internal audit procedures and compliance calendarMaintains full compliance with Company policies and procedures and conducts all activities in accordance with Company Standards of Business ConductEnsure that all work activities are performed in accordance with established safety and environmental standards
