Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant for a remote role. Responsibilities: * Manage accounting transactions and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies * Maintain and enforce proper accounting processes; Update documentation as business needs evolve * Prepare audit financial schedules and assist with audit planning * Review and streamline internal controls and processes * Perform other related duties as needed Perform a variety of core accounting functions, including: * Payroll accounting * Bank reconciliations * Journal entry preparation * Month-end and year-end reconciliations * General ledger (GL) accounting * Revenue/accounts receivable * Flux analysis
