Job Title: Senior Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will play a crucial role in executing month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This position requires a strong ability to maintain general ledger integrity and contribute to the preparation of SEC filings and other regulatory reports.
Responsibilities
Execute month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Post journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity.Contribute to the preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and other regulatory reports, including preparing schedules for footnotes and responding to audit queries.Assist in the coordination and execution of foreign statutory audits, providing documentation and resolving auditor inquiries.Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and support business decisions.Clean up and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.Investigate and resolve discrepancies across financial statements and sub-ledgers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and reporting.Assist management in SOX compliance.Participate in ad hoc projects.Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with large datasets, pivot tables, and lookups.Essential Skills
Strong proficiency in Excel is essential.Experience with large datasets, pivot tables, and lookups.Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.Experience in financial statement preparation, journal entry posting, and general ledger maintenance.Understanding of regulatory reporting, SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q), and SOX compliance.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required.Understanding of GAAP principles.Ability to conduct variance analysis and support business decision-making.Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring three days in-office.

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
