ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and work on month-end and year-end closing activities Reconcile subledgers and general ledger accounts Prepare accounting schedules Ensure financial records in compliance with TW and US GAAP Prepare local tax computation Assist in preparing and monitoring forecast and budget expenses Work with external and internal auditors for statutory and SOX audits Participate in system verification test for new or modified accounting systems Performing other ad hoc accounting duties as required or assigned

 

SKILLS:

Working knowledge of TW tax rules and TW and US GAAP Effective communication skills, both written and oral in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel. Hands on experience with ERP system, particularly Oracle & SAP Ability to work with little supervision.

 

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years solid experience in accounting field, preferably in MNC

 

EDUCATION:

Diploma or above in Accounting CPA preferred
