Ralliant is seeking a motivated and customer focused accounting professional to own key areas of our corporate accounting and reporting processes and to drive system and process improvements. The position provides an opportunity for exposure to accounting, forecasting, and financial reporting at the corporate level, and involves collaboration with both corporate functions and our operating companies. This role is responsible for executing core accounting functions and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Corporate's financial information. This Senior Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close, management reporting, reconciliations and execution of internal controls. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Controller.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for applying the principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Compile and analyze financial information to prepare necessary journal entries for properly stated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
+ Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting tasks for assigned areas, including cash, payroll, accruals and other as required.
+ Perform monthly consolidation of corporate ledgers in OneStream and assist in month-end and year-end close process to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
+ Prepare account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with company policy. Review, investigate, and resolve accounting errors, discrepancies and reconciling items.
+ Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
+ Work with cost center owners to ensure accurate results and understand and address forecast variances. Communicate and summarize results through written and oral communications as needed.
+ Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits and support audit requests.
+ Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements for assigned areas.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
+ Identify opportunities for improving the company’s standard accounting procedures and automation of manual processes.
+ Take initiative on performing projects, ad-hoc reports, and analysis as required, and demonstrate a willingness to learn from senior team members.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
+ 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and corporate accounting.
+ Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP;
+ Experience in a publicly traded company, large international business and/or SOX-compliant environment.
+ Proficiency with accounting ERP systems and financial reporting systems (Oracle Fusion, OneStream).
+ Advanced Excel skills preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
**Pay Range**
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 71,100.00 - 132,100.00
