Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a direct hire position with a preferred pay range of $90-$95k. The role is based on-site in Portland, OR with flexible hours.

We Would Love to Hear From Those With:

2-5 years of corporate operational accounting experience.Experience with Journal Entries, Reconciliations, and General Ledger processes.Experience owning the Month-end close process.CPA Certification or pursuing CPAPrevious real estate experience in low-income residential housing (Low-Income Tax Credits) and/or Commercial Real EstateExperience working with multiple entitiesPrior experience in public accounting.- Assurance or Audit experience required. Proficiency with accounting ERP systems.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivots & VLOOKUP).Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Work Environment:This role is based on-site with a family feel environment.The accounting team consists of 9 members, with a total of 260 employees spread across different sites.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.08/hr.
