**What You’ll be Doing**
+ Mentor and lead for the team’s staff accountants.
+ Analyze financial statement reports, confirm accuracy of general ledger and inventories
+ Assist management in month-end and year-end closing processes.
+ Balance sheet reconciliation completion and approvals for assigned accounts.
+ Complete ad hoc projects.
+ Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
+ Respond to questions, issues, and communicate responses to internal customers and other functional areas.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
+ 4–6 years of relevant experience
+ Advanced understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles (IFRS and GAAP)
+ Proven ability to meet deadlines, collaborate effectively within teams, motivate others, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel
