What You’ll Be Doing + Record and analyze financial transactions, including assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses + Reconcile monthly bank accounts and balance sheet items + Review and analyze revenue, commissions, and trends + Maintain the general ledger, prepare trial balances, and resolve discrepancies + Support month-end close and assist with special projects + Prepare audit schedules and support year-end audits + Collaborate on complex accounting projects with the team + Post payments, handle returned checks, and manage delinquent accounts Requirements What You Bring + CPA license (required) + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + 3+ years in Big 4, large public accounting, or large private company + Deep knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting + Strong skills in GL accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis + ERP system experience a plus + A proactive mindset and strong communication skills Why You’ll Love It + Hybrid Schedule: Work from home Mondays and Fridays + Time Off: 2 weeks PTO + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) + Growth: Be part of a company that invests in your development Ready to make an impact?
