Job Description
The Senior Accountant plays a key role in managing and supporting core accounting functions with an emphasis on manufacturing cost analysis. This position is responsible for accurate financial reporting, maintaining inventory valuation, analyzing production costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, budgeting, and operational efficiency.

The work environment includes training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC 14) initially, followed by standard procedures and business flows. Daily tasks involve using Excel for pivot tables, general tables, and downloading reports. The role requires working closely with two other individuals as part of the close process for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end. Month-end and year-end calculations are completed by an external accountant, with monthly closings expected by the 12-13th of the following month. Independence in the role is expected within the first two months with minimal supervision. Preference is given to candidates within a two-hour radius of Dallas, NC, with relocation assistance available for candidates from further areas. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
