THE TEAM

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our finance team and take responsibility for statutory and tax accounting at Ticketmaster Poland. This role will work closely with other departments to reconcile financial discrepancies, manage expense settlements, and support the business with financial insights

THE JOB

This position will work cooperatively with all colleagues in the Finance Department locally and in international head-offices to ensure individual performance objectives are met.

Manage all contacts with tax-advisors and auditors to ensure that the annual and tax-report in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with financial laws and company compliance rules.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and internal group policies.Bookkeeping: Oversee accurate bookkeeping including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, and support long-term financial planning.Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns (VAT, CIT, etc.), and statutory reports to local authorities (e.g., GUS, NBP).Audit Support: Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare documentation, and maintain effective internal controls.Financial Analysis: Provide financial analyses and reports to support local management and international headquarters; reconcile payments and accounts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in accounting and financial reportingIn-depth knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations (UoR, VAT, CIT)Proficient in ERP Symfonia systems and advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)Hands-on experience in preparing full financial statements and managing tax auditsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and time managementGood command of English, both spoken and written (daily communication with international teams)
