Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of a recently acquired business entity. This role will play a key part in managing the month-end close process, journal entries, reconciliations, and various financial analyses. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle month-end close activitiesPrepare and post journal entries, including POC (Percentage of Completion) journalsMaintain and reconcile fixed assets and accrualsPerform account reconciliations and inventory reportingConduct AP reserve and inventory/warranty reserve analysesAssist with internal and external audit processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3–5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in the Construction & Industrial Products (C&IP) industryStrong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Nice to Have:

Large ERP experienceExposure to acquisition integration or newly acquired business environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $53.00/hr.
