Senior Accountant
Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.Analyze financial statements and provide insightful variance analysis.Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks is a plus.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsGeneral Ledger AccountingBalance Sheet ReconciliationMonth-End Close ProcessesJournal EntriesFinancial ReportingPower BI or other data visualization tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
