Responsibilities + Oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions. + Collaborate with leadership to guide operational and profitability improvements. + Manage monthly/annual financial close processes, budgets, forecasts, and more. + Build and modernize accounting systems, policies, and methods. + Drive cost-saving initiatives and analyze financial performance metrics. + Work with external partners to ensure compliance and streamline operations. + Lead a team as the organization grows, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred). + At least 6-8 years of accounting experience, including experience in public accounting and in manufacturing. + Exceptional skills in financial analysis, cost accounting, and U.S. GAAP compliance. + A self-starter mindset, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bonus points for experience with e-commerce or private-equity-backed companies/start-up environments.
