Requirements Qualifications: + Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on general ledger (GL) and accounts payable (AP) functions. + Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional work, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and executing month-end and quarter-end close processes. + Experience with booking adjusting entries and closing the books accurately and on time. + Industry background is flexible, though experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments is preferred. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently. + Detail-Oriented, dependable, and adaptable to change—someone who takes initiative and works well independently. + Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset and a low-ego, collaborative approach. + Experience working with international teams is a plus; language skills in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese are helpful but not required.
