Senior Accountant

Industry leader based in Philly suburbs is looking to bring on a Senior Accountant to their Accounting Department due to a recent promotion. Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including general ledger account reconciliationsDevelops forecasts using multiple assumptionsCoordinates quarterly dividend payable with the Treasury DepartmentReconciles bank statementsPrepare journal entries for monthly closePrepares month-end reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and required items for financial close to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to defined standards.Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.Assists with accounting-related projects and accounting research on an as-needed basisRecords quarterly employee stock purchase plan transactionsMaintain clear communication paths with stakeholdersPerforms other duties as assigned based on business needs

Basic Qualifications:
