A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting in Acton, Massachusetts (MA). Duties Include: * Senior Accountant will prepare 10Q, 10K, 8K and other filings * Research new accounting standards and SEC rules * Assist with lease agreement accounting * As a Senior Accountant, you will assist with XBRL reporting * Support quarterly reviews and annual audits * Review investor relations presentations * Perform other duties as assigned
