Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

Position Summary:


Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, we are seeking a motivated individual with strong technical expertise and experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and research. This role supports monthly reporting, complex revenue reporting, stock-based compensation, and administration of the consolidation/reporting system. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and the Annual Report.Ensure compliance with SEC, FASB, and NYSE regulations.Support management and review of XBRL reporting related to SEC filings.Conduct technical accounting research; analyze, conclude, and document the impact of new and proposed standards issued by the FASB and SEC.Prepare memorandums on accounting positions and their impact on the company.Assist with monthly journal entries related to revenue recognition for enabling technologies.Manage equity compensation, including EPS calculations and share-based compensation recording.Prepare consolidated financial statements, including the statement of equity and cash flows.Support valuations (e.g., contingent consideration, intangibles), working with internal teams and external valuation specialists.Assist in the design and implementation of corporate policies and internal controls.Serve as a liaison with internal and external auditors.Support roll-out of new modules in OneStream, SAGE GL, and other software implementations.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Maintain compliance with U.S. and international laws, rules, and regulations through required training and ongoing knowledge of compliance.Represent the company professionally, upholding ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties.

Qualifications:
