Position: Senior Administrator – Operations (French Speaking)
Reports to: Operations Lead
Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Senior Administrator to join our Operations team. This role plays a vital part in delivering efficient, accurate, and timely processing of client requests while upholding our commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid experience in transaction processing or related fields, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a variety of routine and moderately complex transactions using established processes and procedures.
Handle specific responsibilities related to assigned functional areas, products, or client portfolios, including sensitive or high-value accounts.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely routing and completion of documents and communications.
Identify, investigate, and escalate exceptions or discrepancies, ensuring resolution in line with company standards.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all transactions, supporting audits and reviews.
Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests with appropriate documentation and support.
Monitor and verify account activity, ensuring data integrity and initiating corrective actions where necessary.
Contribute to reporting efforts by supporting the preparation and analysis of transaction trends and workflow efficiency.
Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, promptly reporting any concerns to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in transaction processing, client servicing, or operational support in financial services or a related sector.
Proficient in French and English (written and spoken) – French language skills are a requirement for this role.
Strong analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments to resolve complex issues.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards within financial services.
Highly organized with a focus on efficiency, precision, and accountability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing sensitive or complex client accounts.
Familiarity with digital workflow systems and document indexing tools.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
