Must Have
5+ years in B2B sales or key account management, ideally in complex service environmentsExperience in medical device, pharma, or healthcare sectors (mandatory); testing services exposure is a plusProven track record of revenue growth, client retention, and strategic account developmentFormal degree not required; proven commercial success and domain understanding are valued over degreesProficiency in CRM systems, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reportingExperience in agile, fast-paced commercial environments with cross-functional collaborationExposure to digital health, MedTech innovation, or data-driven sales approachesStrong commercial acumen: ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions, understand margin dynamics, navigate complex pricing structures, and influence decision-making across stakeholder levelsWillingness for regular travel within the target regionLanguage skills: German (C1/C2, non-negotiable), English (C1/C2, non-negotiable)Nice to Have
