Overall Purpose: Manage the relationship with Channel Partners to drive Consumer Door To Door sales and revenue growth through sales advisement, coaching and training.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Sales Advisement: Reviews, analyzes, and tracks sales, customer experience, cancel and churn rates. Collaborates with vendor on the development of improvement plans as needed to drive revenue growth.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to communicate value propositions effectively and improve sales techniques through ongoing vendor training.
• Sales Coaching and Training: Oversees training, coaching, development and performance management of AT&T sales processes provided to the vendor.
• Seller Performance Review: Evaluates vendor sales reps to ensure AT&T procedures are followed.
Job Contribution: A mid-level sales representative with comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services. Manages mid-size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision. Responsible for an average quota or territory. Utilizes advanced data analysis, creative problem-solving, and exercises judgment. Leads presentations and mentors less experienced peers. If the sales career path includes multiple positions at the I09 level, the more senior role entails higher sales targets, broader scope, and greater complexity. Supervisor: No
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of sales related experience.
Earn between $77,400 - $139,400 + $34,000 commissions yearly, if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
