We are looking for a talented and accomplished Senior Account Manager to maintain and expand client relationships within our BPO operation. You will be responsible for overseeing account strategy, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth by developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Your ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion will be essential in this role.
As a Senior Account Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and address any concern
Strategic Account Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and improve service delivery Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor account performance metrics, including service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and client feedback Analyze performance data and provide insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, training, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of services Mentor and support junior account managers, offering guidance on best practices and client management strategies
Business Development:
Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations to acquire new accounts or expand existing ones Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and build valuable connections
Market insight:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients Share relevant insights with internal teams to support product and service development or enhancements What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within the BPO industry Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering measurable results Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple priorities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits.
