Senior Account Manager contract type: full time location: Almaty, Kazakhstan | working model: onsite The role We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Kazakhstan and help us grow by managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients. If you know how to open doors, build trust, and close deals – this could be your next step. You'll focus on both developing new business and nurturing existing clients (with at least 250 seats). Understanding clients' strategies, providing tailored licensing advice, and connecting them with the right solutions will be your everyday toolkit. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing corporate clients. Identify business needs and demonstrate the value of our products and services. Provide expert licensing consultations aligned with client strategies. Generate new sales opportunities and lead them to closure. Prepare sales forecasts and ensure accurate, timely reporting. Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs. Participate in client-focused marketing events. Drive revenue growth and profitability. What we need to see from you To excel in this role, you should have: A Bachelor’s degree (technical background is a plus). Minimum 2 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in IT software, hardware, or solutions. Knowledge of licensing for Microsoft, VEEAM, VMware, Citrix, and similar vendors. Solid understanding of the IT market and enterprise sales. Proven track record in working with large accounts and senior stakeholders. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
