Senior Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Sr. Account Manager (SAM) to be responsible for program management, delivery of sales and market share targets, and hiring and managing up to five (5) direct report Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). The Account Manager will be responsible for executing strategic and tactical business development plans for the program, drive sales growth at covered locations on behalf of Google Nest. The SAM is expected to maintain the client relationships, ensure alignment on tactical approaches, and manage team activities through building and maintaining trusting relationships. 

This position is the hub of the wheel, supporting senior leadership and the client with streamlined process oversight, KPI attainment, executive level reporting and insights, and communications. 

 

The SAM is responsible for directly managing Territory Sales Managers, with dot-line responsibility and direction to Operations personnel. This also includes managing aspects of the client relationship, and limited budget and expense responsibility.
