Senior Account Manager, UKI AWS Advertising Industry

				As an Account Manager in our TMEGS (Technology, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports) team, looking after our Advertising clients while driving revenue growth and AI adoption. You will serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value advertising accounts, developing deep understanding of their business objectives and crafting solutions that deliver measurable results.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive AWS adoption and consumption within advertising clients, focusing on advertising-specific workloads and use cases
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with advertising industry clients to understand their business objectives and cloud transformation goals
- Analyse client cloud usage and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize AWS solutions for advertising workloads including ad serving, programmatic platforms, and data analytics
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Product), ISVs, and technology partners to develop customized AWS solutions that meet advertising client needs
- Work closely with global advertising agencies and networks to drive cloud adoption
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Stay current on cloud technology trends, competitive landscape, and AWS service developments to provide strategic guidance to advertising clients
- Lead client presentations and business reviews that demonstrate the value and ROI of AWS solutions
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the organisation
