Job DescriptionWhat is it all about?
The Senior Group Account Executive for Issuing & Acquiring is responsible for the overall strategy, rollout and coordination of the Group Client partnership program for issuing and acquiring engagements. It also includes initiatives and follow ups on actions from Group Client engagements internally and externally.
What we expect of you, day to day:
Responsible for day-to-day account management activities for your customers, both on issuing and acquiring topicsBuild-up and further develop strong relationships with your customers at business and operational levelsAccountable for the assigned revenue targetsWork as a consultant for your customers to understand requirements, business impact and the potential for offering new services and solutions to jointly grow the businessIdentify and size the opportunity for value propositions that leverage core product capabilities including Tokenization, Click to Pay, Tap2Phone, , Visa Acceptance Solutions, tink, Risk & Fraud solutions, Visa Direct Money Movement (cards, accounts, wallets), Commercial Payment solutions, virtual cards and many moreDrive revenue generating outcomes:Consultatively identifying and understanding client business needs and crafting solutions that grow the business and increase satisfaction with Visa products and services.Launch pilots of new and existing propositions to test new concepts and use these as a foundation for commercial launches and to showcase Visa capabilitiesWork on the annual strategic business/account plans for the client, in alignment with the Group Client lead to grow and optimize Visa’s product/portfolio and servicesPrepare annual business and account plans for your customers to achieve revenue and profitability targetsEngage with colleagues across Visa, ensuring teams such as product, innovation, marketing, and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about their client needs, in a matrix environmentDemonstrate good knowledge of all Visa products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas including demonstrating the willingness for continuous learning on the jobDevelop excellent knowledge of the payment technology space, and specifically of Visa products and services.Develop strong skills on client data reporting and analysisThis is a hybrid position. QualificationsWhat we're after...
5+ years of substantial business experience with 3+ years’ experience managing strategic relationships with financial services and technology solution providersProven track record and business experience on issuing and acquiring related projects in an international environmentOpen minded and excited about the future technologies, willing to learn and work in a multicultural environmentEffective influencing and communication skills to secure buy-in from clients and stakeholdersCommercial understanding and the ability to identify opportunities and proactively propose solutionsHighly skilled communicator, both written and verbalGerman and English on a professional levelAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
