What the day will look like + Perform daily accounting operation in account payable and receivable function + Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts with client & reinsurers + Investigate if any discrepancies within the reconciliation and follow up with respective units + Liaise with client manager to understand client’s needs and resolve accounting issues + Monitor/ liaise with offshore handler on accounting or settlement issues to ensure quality output. + Participate in UAT for system projects in relating to system enhancement if required. + Assist managers on reporting and other ad-hoc tasks. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Graduate with Accounting/ Finance/ Business degree. + At least2-3 years relevant Accounting experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector preferred. + Strong technical skills in MS Excel. + Proficiency in English and Mandarin. + Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill and problem-solving skill. + Ability to work independently and efficiently + Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and meticulous. + Immediate available preferred.
