Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring a Senior Account Executive to join our client's team on a fully remote basis. Our client is an investment advisory firm that supports municipal entities in California to provide customized investment strategies that prioritize safety, liquidity, and return. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for selling investment advisory services to municipalities across California. We’re looking for a proactive, consultative seller who’s passionate about municipal finance and skilled in building lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do
-Build relationships with city managers, finance directors, finance managers, general managers, and other municipal leaders
-Lead the full sales cycle—from outreach and proposals to client onboarding and closing
-Manage your pipeline using CRM tools
-Hit a goal of two new municipal clients per month (within 90 days)
This is a fully remote role with a competitive base salary ($85K–$120K) and six-figure OTE ($181K–$240K+), along with a 4-day workweek.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years of experience in a senior-level sales/account management role
-Holds Series 65 or Series 63/66 license
-Experience in B2G or B2B consultative sales -Experience working in municipalities or government entities
