What our Senior Account Executives Enjoy Most About the Role

Enhancing the customer experience and focusing on sales.Placing orders and ensuring accurate administrative work.Understanding Spectrum Business coax services, rates, and taxes.Demonstrating and mentoring selling skills and continuously learning new techniques.Maintaining accurate sales records using Salesforce.com and meeting performance standards.

Required Qualifications

Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experienceTechnical Skills:Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentalsValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordSkills & Abilities:Strong desire for growth within the company and to help build the strength of the Spectrum Business teamAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model1+ years of experience as an Account Executive at Charter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsBusiness-to-business sales experience
