Amazon is developing infrastructure to support this growth around the world, particularly in the booming cross border selling area. In this context, Amazon’s Services team is seeking an experienced leader, to identify the potential opportunities for bringing China sellers and sell globally on Amazon marketplaces, as well as take part in defining the vision and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate is a seasoned senior level IC with a background in ecommerce and affiliated industries, and a reputation for hiring and developing the best talent. S/he will have a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and professionally representing clients’ needs/perspectives to the various stakeholders. The candidate in this role will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker with a history of driving process & strategy implementation. S/he will have a strong track record of supporting marketing initiatives, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs. S/he will be known for accurate forecasting, building strong relationships, and analytical leadership skills. S/he will thrive in a fast paced dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment and insist on the highest standards.
Key job responsibilities
1,Business Consulting & Strategic Partnership
- Learn about Amazon's cross-border e-commerce business, provide consultant solutions to help top manufacturers and brand owners develop and optimize their business
- Assist with Amazon's leadership team on overall strategy, roadmap and deliverables
- Obtain feedback/data/information and make recommendations on product requirements and strategic guidance
2,Cross-Functional Coordination & 0-to-1 Innovation
- Coordinate complex initiatives across internal teams and external partners to drive consensus and influence without direct authority
- Identify white-space opportunities and independently design/launch new recruitment programs from scratch
- Build scalable frameworks and playbooks for emerging categories
3,Continuous Learning & Market Intelligence
- Stay current on technology trends (AI, smart hardware, high-tech products) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Rapidly acquire domain expertise in new categories and maintain thought leadership on industry developments

Our team members serve as industry experts, frontier explorers, and enablers of internal best practices. We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and Global teams on initiatives that deliver long-term value to Amazon customers worldwide.
