**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience in the Gaming industry or Music Streaming industry.
+ Experience in app promotion sales, with knowledge of App Campaigns (AC).
+ Ability to develop domain knowledge in the mobile gaming or music streaming industries, with a focus on the app marketing competitive landscape.
+ Excellent analytical skills, with knowledge of marketing spend and business results.
+ Excellent organization, communication, influencing, narrative creation, and presentation skills.

As an Account Executive, you will play a role in shaping the future of the gaming and music stream landscape. As an Account Executive on the team, you will play a critical role in fueling this evolution through customer service, product knowledge, and strategic engagement with Google's gaming and music customers in the US.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and develop relationships with clients, including educating them on digital and Google’s products, provide customer service to Google's advertisers, and understand and solve client problems.
+ Own business growth and drive the utilization of Google.
+ Analyze data trends and client performance, identify opportunities, and create implementation plans.
+ Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to support client campaign results.
+ Develop an understanding of Google App Campaigns and YouTube for performance solutions.
