Senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, Field Marketing LATAM

Amazon is seeking a talented, self-directed senior Account Based Marketing (ABM) professional to join our AWS Marketing team in Brazil. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing ABM campaigns that drive revenue growth and cloud adoption among our enterprise-level customers and key accounts. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.


Key job responsibilities
Designing and implementing end-to-end ABM strategies for high-value accounts in the Brazilian market, partnering with sales teams to create personalized marketing campaigns aligned with account objectives, developing targeted content and programs for decision-makers across industries. It is also responsibility: tracking and optimizing campaign performance using data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as primary marketing contact with sales teams and leaders through participation in account plannings, sales calls, meetings and Quarter Business Reviews.

A day in the life
• Design and implement end-to-end ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts in the Brazilian market
• Partner with sales teams to create personalized marketing campaigns that align with account objectives and drive business outcomes
• Develop targeted content and programs that resonate with decision-makers across different industries
• Track, measure, and optimize ABM campaign performance using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as primarily marketing contact with sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and Quarter Business Reviews.
• Leverage global marketing resources to fill sales requirements and find ways to invent and simplify to address sales needs without large budgets.
• Earn trust and maintain strong relationships with Field Sales, Pre-sales, and Solution Architects teams to support their goals, working in conjunction with other marketing leaders in your geography and with peers in the corporate office in the US, increasing engagement with marketing and drive program support.
